[Impressive] Lifting / Firmness / Asymmetry CorrectionPersonalized Lifting/Elasticity Consultation

Personalized Lifting/Elasticity Consultation
This consultation is for those interested in facial lifting or elasticity management but are unsure which procedure is right for them. This consultation is provided at no additional cost. At Kkeut Clinic, we focus on improving facial asymmetry during lifting procedures. Since everyone's face has different features on the left and right sides, we take this into consideration to meticulously perform personalized custom designs. After a detailed analysis of skin thickness and muscle condition, we adjust and apply the necessary energy to each area. Through this approach, we aim to help maintain a natural look and comfortable procedure results. *VAT not included

Why is an in-depth consultation important?
When deciding on a skin lifting procedure,
the information most people look for first
is likely related to the number of shots or the cost of a specific treatment.
However, lifting procedures cannot be determined solely by the type of equipment or the number of sessions.
This is because each individual's facial anatomy and the pattern of aging progress differently.
“The causes of sagging vary by individual.”
Some individuals are concerned about sagging in the cheek area,
while others may have an unclear jawline due to a weakened jaw contour.
Additionally, hollows around the eyes or beneath the cheekbones can create an overall tired impression.
These changes are not merely due to decreased skin elasticity.
They are complex aging phenomena involving the deeper layers of the skin, such as the dermis, fat layer, and fascia layer (SMAS), as well as,
subtle changes in the facial bones.
Therefore, even for the same lifting procedure, a delicate treatment plan tailored to the individual's condition is necessary.
Let me explain with a few examples.
If the jawline becomes unclear and is accompanied by a double chin,
this may be due to the weakening of the SMAS layer, a deeper supporting structure, rather than the epidermal layer.
In such cases, ultrasound lifting treatments (e.g., Shurink, Ulthera),
which can deliver energy to the deep layers of the skin, may be helpful.
If the area below the cheekbones is sunken and general facial sagging is prominent,
this likely indicates that the fat layer is shifting downwards due to reduced elasticity within the skin.
Thread lifting or radiofrequency lifting (e.g., InMode, Forma) that aids dermal regeneration could be considered.
If the entire face appears swollen and the contours look blurry,
this may be related to edema and an imbalance in lymphatic circulation.
In such situations, Onda lifting, which aims to reduce the fat layer and improve lymphatic circulation, may be recommended.
If fine wrinkles around the eyes or eyebrow sagging appear,
this area has thin skin, requiring precise and delicate treatment rather than excessive stimulation.
A Shurink tip at 1.5mm depth or radiofrequency lifting like Oligio can be effective options.
The key is “which area, and in what manner,” rather than “the number of sessions.”
Even if you receive the same Shurink 300-shot treatment,
some individuals may achieve satisfactory results,
while others may not notice significant changes.
The reason can be explained as follows:
The treatment area, application depth, and energy settings were different for each.
Lifting procedures go beyond merely operating medical devices;
they require expertise in accurately understanding an individual's facial structure and establishing a customized plan.
Therefore, at our clinic, we establish a treatment plan through thorough consultation and analysis before the procedure.
We do not view lifting procedures as just a single process.
First, we meticulously analyze the patient's face anatomically,
and accurately determine which layer of the skin is the source of their current concerns.
We meticulously plan the appropriate device selection, treatment method, number of shots, and treatment depth to suit each individual's condition.
Therefore, even with the same Shurink treatment, 200 shots might be sufficient for some individuals.
While for others, 400 shots may be necessary.
Sometimes, thread lifting might be a more suitable option than Shurink.
Every person's face is unique.
Therefore, a personalized design is essential for lifting procedures.
From the medical staff's perspective, simply stating 'we use this device for X shots' might be convenient.
However, from the perspective of our visiting patients,
it is much more important to clearly understand what their facial concerns are and how they can be improved.
Lifting is not simply dependent on the number of shots,
but originates from a treatment plan that meticulously analyzes and understands the unique facial characteristics of each patient.
Rather than focusing on the name of the procedure itself,
we aim for customized lifting designed specifically for each individual's face.
You can comfortably receive a consultation without any pressure.
We will honestly discuss your current facial condition and how improvements can be expected,
and discuss it with you sincerely.
